Kelly entered the real estate profession as an office manager of a commercial real estate appraising and consulting firm. After exposure and experience, she obtained the California Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser license. To optimize her competence and skills as an appraiser, she obtained the professional SRA designation. The SRA designation is awarded by the Appraisal Institute to qualified appraisers who pass rigorous education requirements, have extensive experience that meets strict criteria, produce a demonstration report, pass a final exam, and complete an oral interview. The SRA appraiser must adhere to strict continuing education requirements to ensure they are current with the evolving real estate profession.
In addition to the advanced education received through the Appraisal Institute, Kelly holds an A.A. degree in Business Administration and a B.A. degree in Business & Liberal Studies. Kelly is an active member in the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and the East Bay Chapter of REAA.
Kelly has lived in the East Bay for many years. She has seen the growth and changing market trends of the area. This exposure enhances her understanding of the East Bay and the real estate market and trends throughout the region.
